Egg Tarts (pretty good!)
Deep Fried Prawn Rolls with
Salted Egg
Braised Pai Kuat
(i think it's called pork ribs?)
Shrimp Chee Cheong Fun
Har Kow & Siew Mai
(the must have for every dimsum meal)
Fishball on Egg
Lotus paste wrapped in Pandan Glutinous Balls

Here it is! Kedai Kopi dan Makan Seong Kee |
Check out the super cute Piggy Red Bean pao! No, this is not from the eatery above. Had these at Canton-I on Friday when I was out for lunch with me colleagues :P Just "tumpang" to upload here nie :Pbwahahahahahahaha
| And I had this Flower Tea (with Jasmine, Gold Amaranth and I dunno what else XD) at Canton-I |
We continued lingering for a bit and then moved on for our lunch (drank a bit too much tea and you'll get hungry fast :P) We went to our favorite "hang-out" place (or more like kibs' favorite) at Section 17, PJ for lunch. The only thing we would order at this kopitiam is the Chicken Rice. To me..this is the best chicken rice in town! I'm serious!! Take a look and tell me it's not making you salivate with the perfectly roasted brown crispy chicken skin??!!
They have a special thick sauce in comparison to the other chicken rice stalls that uses normal soya sauce of sorts. Their Siew Yok (roasted pork) is also very nice! Unfortunately, we went a bit too late and they've ran out of it. Will take a picture to share the next time I get my hands on them ;o) They have Char Siew as well but I'm not a big fan of their char siew. It's definitely not as nice as the GENG char siew at Meng Kee.
hurmm...think it's about time I stop blabbering. hehehehe :P
with love =)
-xoxo-
